Visa Application Support
We provide visa support to the attendees, who require it in order to attend the event. Please read the information below thoroughly and proceed with the request, if necessary.
APCEAS committee provides only Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board, does not issue guarantee letter, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter.
Here APCEAS would like to emphasize the difference between a letter of invitation and a letter of guarantee.
Letter of Invitation
We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the essential information of the event, the organizer’s details, with contact information and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location.
Before Submitting a Request for the Letter of Invitation
1. Please make sure that you have already registered as a member to attend the event and complete your payment. Request without proof of payment will not be processed.
2. Please check whether you indeed require a visa to travel to the event’s host country.
3. Please check that your passport is valid for at least three months after the date of departure.
Should your application be denied, Conference cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual be denied.
